You want to
change the world.
But finding the resources for your organization can be difficult. Even though you’re extremely capable and passionate about the cause, you may be uncertain about fundraising.
I understand you.
I understand that nonprofit budgets are lean, that donated funds are precious, and that you need real results, not just talk.
You may struggle to afford the full-time salaries of experienced fundraising professionals.
Your board may be reluctant to fully embrace their role in fundraising.
You may be overwhelmed with all the different tasks you already have, or you just don’t like the idea of asking people for money.
And you may feel like you have to wear way to many hats at once: Marketing, Public Relations, Chief Operating Officer, Database Adminstrator, AND Fundraiser.
I can help you.
I believe in a world of abundance where the resources abound for those who effectively seek them.
With 25 years of fundraising experience securing tens of millions in philanthropic support, I know how to help you find the support you need.
Let’s do it together!
We’ll move quickly and effectively together to maximize your resources and get results.
We’ll create a culture of giving and connect with donors who may become lifelong friends.
And in the process we’ll even have some fun!
Together, we’ll discover fundraising can be fun!
Create a Culture of Philanthropy
The most successful fundraising is really relationship development.
To be successful in fundraising long-term, organizations need to develop positive, effective relationships, not just entice donor transactions.
Together, we can create a culture of philanthropy and even fun relationships. We’ll do this with your staff, donors, and board of directors.
“Varden helped establish a new donor base for Thanksgiving Point that we have continued to tap into for support.
Varden is very personable and is a thoughtful leader. He is not only knowledgable about philanthropy best practices, he is experienced in applying them. I highly recommend Varden for his exemplary work in philanthropy.”
Stephen Ashton, Ph.D.“Varden is one of those “get it done” type individuals you can count on.”
